Wow, that was a great video. I love Paula.

I actually got to meet her once at an industry sponsored event. She was bright. She started her career out as a TV reporter and did so many stories about cosmetics and personal care products that she ditched the TV thing, became an author, and turned into the Cosmetic Cop.
