can you tell me please if there is any thing that really pumps the lips
I have been using cinnamon leafoil on a lip liner brush and that does do something but its not enought any tips please ?? -
I've never tried this, but Fusion Beauty LipFusionXL has some good reviews. It goes on like lipgloss but it actually puts some collagen in your lips for longer lasting results. It costs 50 dollars, so if you're tight on money this might not be a good idea. You can also try brushing your lips with a toothbrush or washcloth. Always wear lip balm to keep your lips smooth.
