I would like to start a natural hair care line and after talking to a friend they suggusted that I contact a formulation chemist to help with my formulas. But I already know how to properly mix different ingredients to preserve, stablize, emulsify & etc. my products for safe use. So is the assistance of a F.C. necessary if I already know this stuff. Also I searched around to try and find a F.C. and it was impossible.
