so I'm a bit crazy and went to MAC since they were having an event last week.  problem was the event was thursday to sunday, with the big days being friday and saturday.. my poopieness had to work on both fridays and saturdays, so i couldn't go til sunday.. it was serious poopieness cuz i missed the fafinettes!!
but my sister and i did get cool make overs.. i told the make up artist to go all out, doing whatever she wants, and she did a great job.. my sister has a very true strawberry blonde hair color (the only person to look good in such a color that wasn't born with it), so the MUA used Fafi Eyes Quad 2 on her.. first she used Layin' Low as a base since it's a very nice beigy nude with no shimmer.. then she used the yellow shadow to highlight her brow bones, the green color on the inside, and the orange color on the outside of her lids.. she finished the eyes by lining the top and bottom in Costa Riche, which has a earthy red undertone that's picked up even more by my sis' hair color.. to make the eyes look even more dramatic, she extended the liner towards her nose, sorta giving her a cat eye look..
afterwards she dusted Hipness on my sister's cheeks, and applied Strawbaby on her lips, topped with Sugar Trance.. the look? oh so sexy!
for me?  she did THE Fafi look.. the BLACK liner with the huge wing, the thick thick sharpie eyebrows (hehehe, which was great since I've lost my tweezer and my brows are uh, thick).. we agreed that the whole dramatic eye with nude lip is sooo overdone, we'd go with a BRIGHT lip by using Flash N Dash, topped with Totally It.. this look?  NOT for your job interview or meeting the boyfriend's parents or going to church.. but it was soo fun to look kinda like the girl in the ad u know?  oh.. since the eyes and lips were SOO bold and poppin', she just used Sassed-Up on my cheeks to brighten it a little bit..
now here's the crazy part.. i bought Sassed-Up.. even though I already have a billion blushes AND highlighters.. AND I have Belightful already.. but no.. I bought it.. ohhh it was soo PRETTY!!
