Lighten true Hyperpigmentaion on your eyelids.

    A lot of dark circle creams seem to target dark circles due to lack of sleep, veins draining from under the eye (congestion), and thin skin.
    But I looking for under eye cream that deal with actual hyperpigmentation. I have post hyperpigmentation cause dermatitis set on by sunscreen and sunblock (or mineral sunscreen). I am looking for a skin lighter strong to get ride of hyperigmentation but delicate enough for sensitive skin around the eye. Does any one have any recommendations?

    You could try Paula's Choice Resist barrier repair moisturizer with retinol--the retinol in it may help.  I've used it around my eyes and found it to be gentle--although with anything containing retinoids, you may have to start by diluting it or using it every other day until your skin gets used to it.
