Number of time to log in

OK, so normally I just automatically log in to get to the discussions, but my computer is at the doctors so I am on the Mac and it took me about 8 times to log in this morning correct username and password. I'll admit at one point I used the wrong username...I always forget I am cate here and not catestryker...

Also, when I am on my laptop sometimes I'll have to re-log in there and I have to do it twice before it logs mem in. Does anyone else have this problem....it's slightly irritating

no... I don't usually have that problem, but I also only log in if I'm going to leave a comment. If I'm just reading the site, I don't bother.

I've been having the same problem. When I sign in, it goes back to the discussion page, but shows me as not signed in. It will usually work the second time.

After you sign in the first time, try clicking on a discussion. It's probably signing you in but not updating the screen. The same is true if you use the "remember me" option. It'll say "Not signed in" until you click on a discussion.

I can report a similar issue. I sign in (as the administrator) and it tells me that I'm not "signed in". But it's actually signed in because if I do something like hit "refresh" on my browser or click on "discussion", then it signs me in.
I'll look into fixing this. Unfortunately, the forum upgrades get less attention than other blog work. If this keeps up, one of the Brains is going to have to retire from their job and do this full time.
