I just picked some of their "moisture" shampoo and conditioner up at Target last night and while the label boasts no sulfates, parabens, etc., there is no mention of no 'cones! The second ingredient ends in "cross polymer" so that concerns me (also because it's most abundant!) but it doesn't end in "cone".... but there may be more than one type of silicone I don't know about it or maybe they got sneaky and listed it differently since evidently companies can get away with that (for shame!)
That may not be a total list of silicones, but at least it helps somewhat. The chart also notes whether or not a silicone is water soluble which is helpful for those trying to avoid types not water soluble because they are avoiding sulfates for one reason or another.
I don't see anything in the list you provided that I recognize as a silicone. Maybe the Brains will chime in or someone who knows more on the subject than I do.
I haven't tried it out yet because I was afraid of putting more silicone buildup in my hair after trying for months to be rid of it. I did use a tiny bit on my ends though. I'll use some tonight and report back on lathering/foaming. ;)
OK Update: Tried it yesterday. It's awesome! It foams really well and it left my hair feeling pretty clean albeit a tiny bit dry. Which is odd because there is no SLS in it and my hair feels less dry when I use my sulphate-laden LUSH shampoo. ;)
Also I e-mailed Burts Bees and I got this reply:

So none of their shampoos contain silicone. Hurray?!
They have reformulated all of their shampoos within the last year, not sure on when. But apparently it isn't going over very well. I personally haven't tried their new stuff yet, since I have a few bottles of the old stuff.
