    Moroccan oil is mostly silicons, so don't think so

    An anti-fungal shampoo should help it. If nothing over the counter works you should see a doctor to rule out something other than just a common fungus causing the issue.

    Agreed, at the very least you may need a medicated shampoo. Moroccan oil products won't help.
