I would like to begin to thank you for the wonderful information you have provided to unsuspecting consumers like me who believe that "the higher the price the better the product!" But you have debunked that and it has been sooo enlightening. However, there is just one thing that I keep asking myself and that is, why do these companies sell such expensive products but the quality of it is comparable to drugstore ones. I mean, if i'm dishing out for a 90 dollar moisturizer from a luxury brand I expect the quality, performance, etc to be exceedingly better than the 5 dollar one at your local target. Only to discover through the ingredient list( an amazing tip from you guys btw!) and find out that those two moisturizers aren't too far off from each other, plus the antioxidant or special technology the brand claims on this products is fairly low on the ingrdient list. Please Beauty Brains, we need your help on this!
@JustFrantic: Why do these companies sell expensive products with quality comparable to drugstore brands? Because as long as people buy over-priced "hope in a jar" products, these companies can make a ton of money!
