What brands offer the highest pigmented cosmetics?

    I heard that expensives are usually better than cheaper ones at this. MAC looks like its well pigmented. How can I find cheap, high pigment makeup in looking for a company that makes this. Please recommend something if you know I love intense eyeshadows.

    L'Oreal makes a line of eyeshadows called HIP. A quick search on the makeupalley site reveals that most who have used them liked the colors well enough to want to repurchase. 

    For other ideas, the makeupalley site is a good resource. There are inexpensive options for eyeshadows that get really high marks from those who have tried them. You can narrow things down on that site by skin type, skin color, eye color, age, etc. I find it to be very helpful in narrowing down my list of possibles.
