But, I'm not quite sure how to process the information in here in to daily life... avoid grains, eat grass-fed butter and aside from that, perhaps taking supplements like Green Pasture Blue Ice Royal Butter Oil/Fermented Cod Liver Oil Blend which seem a little expensive to my taste...
