How does this lipstick change colour from green to sheer pink?

What ingredients make these lipsticks change their colour? Thank you Beauty Brains, I hope this site keeps going strong.

This kind of color change is usually triggered by pH.

Are they using that certain dye even though some of them start off as blue, green, orange etc.?

You can tell which dyes they use by looking at the ingredient list.
