How would getting this done to the ears make you hear music better?

This doctor is claiming if you get plastic surgery to make your hears pointed like an elf you can hear and enjoy music better. Would a plastic surgeon just make stuff up? Is their any evidence to these interesting claims? I am not sure to trust what's on his site since its more promotional.

Oh thank you I thought since it had to do with cosmetic surgery you could find someone that knew about but I will try to find someone who knows I am skeptical of the claims, especially made by someone who isnt an expert in this.

This is what the people at Ask a biologist said:
"I am aware of no way that this surgery could improve your hearing and
your enjoyment of music. As you mention, the doctor gives no evidence to
support any of the claims, instead he relies on baseless
generalizations with other animals that have pointed ears.
I'm glad that you had the astuteness to question whether claims have evidence to back them up."
