Difference between BB Creams and Tinted Moisturisers - is it in the ingredients?

    Hello, I am curious to know about the difference in ingredients between BB creams and tinted moisturisers. Recently I heard someone remark that TMs have oil, pigment, powder and water and BB creams are missing one of these - but I can't remember which! Is this correct? What are the other differences? Can you help? Thanks so much!

    BB usually have an SPF, ingredients that lessen sebum production, whitening, has a primer built in, could be antiaging or antiacne.
