How to convert buffered gylcolic acid to nonbuffered?
  • A cleanser I was researching said it contains 15 percent gylcolic acid, I looked up what buffered means it mean weaker but gentler on skin. What would 15% buffered be if it was in regular strength? Is this enough in the cleanser to give benefits? Is it too small an amount?
  • Buffered just means its adjusted to hold a certain ph. As long as ph is around 2 or 3 the product should work just fine.
