No more "tips"

Hey Beauty Brains community:I've noticed an recent increase in posts like "7 Tips for Pulling off Hot Pink Lips" and while this type of "tips" posts may be helpful I'm worried that they don't really fit with what we're trying to offer you guys. (Which is an open discussion on how products really work.) There are plenty of other places you can get this kind of information. And, frankly, these Forum discussions feel spammy to me. (I hope I'm not offending any of the posters, but they really do.)Therefore, effective immediately, we won't be allowing these posts in the Forum any longer. The users who have been posting these are welcome to stay and join in the other discussions but if they continue to post "tips" I'll have to delete their accounts.I hope you understand our reasons for this change. Feel free to leave your comments whether you agree or disagree. As always it's your input that makes this Forum successful.

Yeah those are so annoying and stupid. I could read a dumb magazine for half assed shit like that. I come here for a scientific critical view of the beauty product industry if I wanted that I'd pick up a cosmo.

I just deleted two user's accounts for spamming the Forum with tips and other crap and damn it felt good!If I miss anymore, please give me a shout out and I'll dispatch them right away.
