Balanced Diet and Effective Beauty Product for a Younger Look
  • Wrinkles, uneven skin
texture, age spots, dry skin—these are only a few of the many signs of aging
that almost everyone fears. Of course, as you grow older you will also become
prone to such effects. However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t protect
yourself from them. By using an advance
anti-aging cream and taking the right steps, you won’t have to trouble
yourself with the signs of aging any time soon.
    One good way to start
protecting yourself from the effects of growing older is by taking care of your
health. This means that you need to acquire a balanced amount of vitamins and
minerals, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and a natural protein called
collagen. Such nourishment will not only help improve your health, but will
also be beneficial to your skin; thus, giving you a younger-looking appearance.
So, how do you acquire the
    nourishment necessary for  maintaining
    your beautiful look?
    For Vitamin A, you can
start by incorporating vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, carrots, and squash,
to your diet. On the other hand, fruits such as pineapples, oranges, and
strawberries, are good sources of Vitamin C. Now for collagen, which plays a
very important role in keeping your skin young and beautiful, you can start by
    using an advance anti-aging cream.
This beauty product is necessary in replenishing your collagen and extending
    your youthful glow.
As long as you have a
balanced diet and you use the most
    effective
    anti-aging cream
products, you will be able to protect youthful appearance
    for a very long time.

  • This looks like spam. Yes, you should eat a balanced diet. Yes you need to get the proper nutrition in order to stay healthy. Proper nutrition is important in keeping your skin (and hair) looking great. BUT if you click on the "advance anti-aging cream" and the "effective anti-aging cream" that are links you are taken to a website that sells a product the 'boosts collagen".

Those sorts of anti-aging creams don't work. "Unfortunately, applying collagen to the surface of skin only has a minor moisturization effect at best. You can’t “restore” functional collagen to deep layers of skin by applying a cream to the surface." - http://thebeautybrains.com/2008/07/22/epicuren-skin-care-collagen-cure-or-quackery/

If you really want to do your skin a favor use a broad spectrum sunscreen every single day and reapply according to directions. There are good retinol, AHA and BHA products out there which will benefit your skin. There are other state of the art ingredient products out there too. Good products don't have to cost a fortune. Good news for those on a budget.
  • Esor: I agree this post looks like spam. Please note that we delete the accounts of all spammers after one warning. Thanks.
  • My apology if my post looks spam and I am not spammer. What I know about spamming is that putting links or keywords to a site that is not related.
  • @Esor: It looks like you cut and pasted information from another site, along with a link to that site, in an attempt to get our readers to buy yet another over priced beauty product that is not backed up by any real science. That's why this looks like spam to me.
  • @Right Brain: I type it in notepad before i post. In my draft it looks good but when i hit the post comment.... there you go!  :-/

  • @Esor: Thanks for explaining, sorry for the confusion!!
