can you use water to clean your scalp? and rewet your hair to activate your in leave conditioner.

    I was curious because I have dry scalp. My hair was  had alot of dry flakes on my hair and from alot of leave in conditioner applied everyday for 2  weeks. I sprayed my hair  with a spray bottle of water my dry scalp was gone.  also I sparayed my hair with water and it was so soft because of build up of leave in conditioner... But i have to wash my because of alot of build up at the root and alot of gel.

    After I wash my  hair is it possible to  for me use just water to get  my scalp clean and my hands to remove flakes?  Also just leave in conditioner in my hair and reactive it with water... I t make so much sense because. most products contains water and just spraying water to  the product  reactivates it so I can skip applying and save product and money. Also I dont really use gel it was something new I wanted to try...

    you should try shampoos with salicylic acid, like Phyto antidandruff shampoo, it will get rid of the flakes and is very gentle.
