Does this serum really repair UV damage?

    It claims the "repairing results of a dermatological laser procedure". I doubt that but I am wondering if its possible for a topical product to reduce UV damage already done to the skin.

    I know there is a cream approved now that can prevent skin cancer but not the aging effect on skin I forget what its called its prescription.
