I assume you're talking about Tinosorb S (aka bemotrizinol aka bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine). That's the "new" one that provides UVA and UVB protection and is very photostable and non-irritating. It is approved in Canada, Australia, and the EU.
