Tucks "Take-alongs" pads-- not medicated.
The are "hemorroid cooling pads" but I use them to wipe my sore eyes during allergy season. They're good for cleaning faces too. They are mostly witch hazel. They make my eyes feel much better and get the pollen off for a little while. They are the cheapest witch hazel cleansing pads I've found. I hide the wrapper since it's embarassing to carry Tucks around.
Monistat chafing relief powder gel
Like a lot of other posters here, I use it as a mattifying face primer. I use it alone to make my skin look softer and younger. I also mix it with some foundation that contains cyclopentasiloxane to make the foundation more sheer and matte. I tried it as an on-the-fly hair defrizzer, but it just made my hair look dirty.
Something most of these "personal" hygeine products have in common is that they are unscented. I guess that's why I've tried them on my face.
I remembered some more off-label product uses:
SagWriter's, LuckyGirl's, and Jamie Sings's posts reminded me that I use baby shamoo on my eyelids and lashes, cuticle remover on my hands and feet with a nail brush, and silicone hair serum for shoe shine.
I also use conditioner to shave, and I also shave with Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel if I'm in a hurry and I don't want to get wet. It works without water.
Once in awhile I use Bon Ami powdered cleanser (for sinks) on my toenails and feet, with a nail brush, to get them really clean.
I dip my fingers in peroxide if my nails get dyed from dyeing my hair. It makes the nails white again.
superdrug lip therapy lip balm for eyebrows (so that they stay in shape) and super dry spots (elbow)
juara's avocado banana face mask as hair mask (makes your hair sooooo soft)
nivea creme for my flying hair
juara's toner after shaving my legs (they are super sensitive after shaving)
I would be afraid of doing something like that cryjac. Personally I would think that would carry too many risks. I can only speak for myself, but I use either a BHA (beta hydroxy acid) or an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) product two nights a week for exfoliation.
