Is this a good or bad idea

    This site has recipies for DIY mascra http://www.beautylish.com/a/vmyvs/diy-mascara-recipe not sure if this sounds very hygenic and may be of risk of getting eye infection?

    YIKES!! This is scary - I'm going to write something up on this in the next couple of days. In the meantime DO NOT USE HOMEMADE MASCARA. The risk of eye infection is too great.

    Good call on questioning that! Thats scary to put pure charcoal on ur eyes! & with with nothing keeping bacteria from growing in such a sensitive place *shivers*

    Okay thanks I wont it sounded a little weird to me because I'm pretty sure the preservatives are there for a reason.
