Is this product safe? How does the technology work?

    http://www.memyelosinternational.com/ This thing uses "radio-frequencies" combined with IPL I want to know if its safe and what makes it works and if the BB could try and review it and tell us if its worth our money compared to getting IPL or electrolysis from a pro.

    Its approved by Health Canada so its most likely safe.
