Can I use this as a primer?

    Hi so I bought this product: http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/organix-nourishing-coconut-milk-anti-breakage-serum/ID=prod6017173-product
    and my hair is really fine I find it makes my hair look greasy, but it has silicones in it so can I use it as a primer?

    Wait, do  you mean a primer on your skin? I haven't looked at the ingredients, but I would think that hair serum would make your skin shiny and slippery and makeup would slide around on it. The silicone face primers that I have used leave a matte, non-slippery finish. But, you've already bought the product, so why not try it out? Do a patch test on the inside of your elbow, and experiment with how your makeup goes on over it.

    You probably wouldn't want it to run into your eyes.

    Some hair conditioners and leave-in products might cause acne breakouts where they get on your face.
