UD Beauty Balm question

    The new UD Beauty Balm claims that it "diffuses light with high-tech pigments" http://www.urbandecay.com/Naked-skin-beauty-balm-by-urban-decay/358,default,pd.html
    Looking up the ingrediants to see if the claims were true I found mention that the ingredient-

    ADIPIC ACID/NEOPENTYL GLYCOL CROSSPOLYMER gives it these qualities. Is that true?

    I have read reviews that their universal shade isnt really universal but that doesnt answer your question.

    No 'universal' shade is ever going to be truly universal. You can't match the palest of pale and the richest chocolate skins with a single colour. I wish companies would stop pretending they can.

    Yeah bad marketing idea lol having few shades probably means they are too cheap to offer a wide range, when I heard that I was like fail one shade and then I saw some pale beauty blogger wearing-way too dark. Maybe they are ahead of the times since I heard one day there will be one race I dont know if thats true.
