After a night/weekend out, my skin always looks extremely poor (i.e dark circles, acne, dry patches, and uneven skintone). I know that a lack of sleep affects ones skin, but I feel that there should be some cosmetic products or natural remedies to try the day after to reduce the problems. If you know of any products or DIY recipes, I would love to hear of them.
Thanks for the help!
I don't know of any DIY remedies, but I do know that when I am suffering the wrath from a night out I always try to drink several glasses of water...not only does it help the hangover, but it makes my skin feel better.
TONS of water (since ur body and thus skin is dehydrated), and tons of sleep!!
and try a moisturizing mask to see if that helps.. beauty snob tina likes really expensive Natura Bissa products.. and she does have great skin so...
Toning: Egg Whites
Simply separate a few raw egg whites into a bowl and apply directly on the facial skin after cleansing. Let the egg white dry for at least 5 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water for an instant glow.
Toning: Facial Glow Mask
Get 1 egg yolk and add 1 table spoon of honey and warm milk of each quantity. Mix all together and apply on face and neck. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. This mask will gradually lighten your skin and grant a glow.
Toning: Honey and Tomato
Mix the tomato juice with honey until it appears sticky. Apply the mixture of tomato juice and honey on the face and neck for 15 minutes then wash off with warm water.
Dark Eye Circles: Vaseline
Before going to bed massage Vaseline around your eyes, this help to prevent dark circles appearing and tiredness eyes. Also it nourishes the eye skin layer.
