Which is better for scar removal - IPL or Laser?

    I have some acne scars, fine lines on forehead. I am thinking about getting professional treatment to remove the acne scars and diminish fine lines.  I have very sensitive skin, so I am thinking about safe procedures. I wonder which one would be better, IPL or laser?
