I might be duplicating information here but I did not find any topic related to product lasting.
Anyways, I'm angry as hell that my Need a Margarita Citrus Body Scrub from Bath & Body Works lasted in good condition only a month and then got all oily and rotten. I couldn't even use it on my feet, the sticky sensation was unbearable.
I know I did nothing wrong with it; I kept it on the shelves all the other products are and not on the sun or in an extreme temperature.
Is it really that bad? I mean, does it have normally this poor POOR quality?
A friend told me after reading the ingredients that it contains sugar and cannot last more than a couple of months in usable conditions. Im angry anyways.
Any horror stories about products that MUST be avoided?
I use sugar scrubs all the time and I've never had a problem. I'd take it back. I don't know if they'll give you your money back but they should at least be willing to replace it. Some sugar scrubs separates and the oil floats to the top. You have to be sure to mix it thoroughly every time otherwise it will be too oily at first and too grainy in the end.
