Hi Everyone,
I was hoping someone could help me out with this issue. I'll apply a moisturizer, let it soak in, and then apply my concealer and foundation on top. With some moisturizers, it feels like (and is) peeling off. Why does it do this? Is there a specific ingredient to steer clear of in a moisturizer that causes it not to stay on your face?
