Eye Lashes

I am looking for something that makes eye lashes fuller and thicker. And after some research on the internet the 2 products that come up that "supposedly" work are the following: 1. Mavala Eye-Lite Double Lash or 2. Lilash eyelash growth stimulator. The Mavala one is a lot cheaper adn the Lilash product is more pricey. Any ideas on if these might actually work? Is it worth trying?
