Can Fragrance & Sensitive Skin go hand in hand

    Just wondering that Johnson & Johnson has a whole line of skin care products for sensitive skin called "Purpose" and it is highly recomended by derms.
    All these products have fragrance. In fact, other than Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser & Liquid Neutrogena, the entire J&J giant has nothing that is fragrance free. We're talking thousands of products.

    Am I missing something ?

    The fragrance might be there to mask an upleasant odor or to make the product smell less medicinal. Fragrances don't irritate my skin although some do irritate my eyes but that's my own personal experience. My guess is that the fragrance they're adding is a fairly benign synthetic with a good track record.
