These chemicals are linked to several health concerns including endocrine disruption and organ-system toxicity, and due to these concerns, BHA has been banned for use in cosmetics in the European Union.

I found this site by chance, and it confirmed my suspicions about L'Oreal Cosmetics. There's a difference between scare tactics but there is also a thing called putting your head in the sand. I've personally looked at the backs of ingredients, and scoured those ingredients on PubMed. I'm not one of the boys, but it's because of these guys I got my head in the game.
