None of them actually contain botox, if that's what you're asking, which is just as well because applying botox topically wouldn't do anything at all. Injected Botox works on a neuromuscular level and products that work that way can't penetrate intact skin.
Topical products that compare themselves to botox usually contain peptides, collagen or retinol. Some of them (those containing retinol, primarily) can improve the look of your skin but they're not nearly as effective as botox at eliminating wrinkles. I can't find any Natura Bisse products that claim to be like liquid botox. They do have a product that they claim contains "A revolutionary 3-D Lifting Technology lifts the years off with an unprecedented cumulative lifting effect" but it's $850 for 3.3 ounces so you may has well get the botox injections.
^That, plus some are just temporary fillers that work by plumping your skin a bit, thus diminishing the look of wrinkles. So like PR says, no, there's no such thing as topical botox. I'm not sure I would want there to be topical botulism toxin either. Toxins are best handled by trained physicians!
