I assume that anyone reading these forums appreciates all that science can do for us. I also assume that everyone here already knew that men go for women who are good looking but now there's proof:

I wouldn't think that the study is conclusive because the sample size is so small, and it was only done at one speed dating session. I'm still skeptical, and unless they sample say, 100 people from different parts of the nation, then I would believe it.

i've always found it amusing, how for most of the animal kingdom, it's the males that flash up to attract a female, but for human beings, that seems to be reversed for the most part. i know i'd rather see men go on show for my attention, rather that i beat myself up to get theirs - and nobody tell me i'll instead die a very lonely woman, please.
