I'm not sure what adenosine is extracted from but according to

the ingredient is effective in promoting hair growth. Does anyone have any experience with a hair product that contains adenosine? If not, can you recommend a product that is truly useful for hair growth?

Hi, don't know anything about adenosine, but my hair was falling out about two years ago, so I started drinking this product: E3Live. It's a raw algae (we call it pond juice in my house;-) It changed my life. My hair grows so fast and is full and thick and my skin has cleared. Been drinking it daily for a year. I drink a bottle a week. You need no vitamins with this, as it's a whole food and full of vitamins and minerals. You can read more on their website. Hope this helps!
