Which is the best cream to eliminate facial brown spots ??

    I have brown spots on my face. that refuses to go away. I have tried Hydroquinone 4% and Tri-luna...you name it, I've tried it. So after over 7 years of buying cream after cream and may visits to the dermatologists nothing has work. I wonder if any of the members have a suggestions

    I went for laser treatments to remove freckling from the sun on my face, neck, arms, and decollette at my dermatologist's office; four treatments in all. Some spots are gone but most of them just look less noticeable. To be honest, I expected better results. I've also tried Tri-luna cream in follow-up and it has helped with some particularly stubborn spots. I don't regret having the laser treatments because I feel far more comfortable than I did but I would warn you not to expect perfectly clear skin if you go the laser route.

    if possible avoid the sun during peak hours, its a must to use sunblock and sunscreens even indoors, try retinoic acid at night and Karen is right if everything's failed opt for laser.
