Why is it that Korean CC creams sold in the US can label their products SPF 50 and not follow the FDA rules that say that they have to label their sunscreen actives? Ex. Etude House for one. They just place their sunscreen ingredients in with their normal ingredient list. I even saw this with the Lancome version as well.
