I don’t remember where, but I recently came across a few websites with recipes for DIY rice toners – which are supposedly popular in Asia.
Well, I’ve been making and using my own for the past two weeks, and I DO like it. My skin looks nice and glowy and feels soft.
However, it’s kind of a pain in the butt to make and if I’m not reaping any long-term benefits from it I’ll abandon ship.
What’s you’re take over at beauty brains? Is this toner actually doing anything for my skin?
