I remember reading about this back in 2011(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3040186/), and now it seems the products are out (well, last fall actually).”DS Laboratories Spectral F7 Astressin-B Topical Solution”
I am wondering — did the product come anywhere near the hype? I am guessing maybe not since it seems it would have been scooped up by the big cosmetic cos and as it stands there isn’t much hype
Ingredients: Di Water, Astressin-B, Prohairin-?4, Lecithin, Ghk-Cu, Sodium Oleate, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol

So according to this single study, Astressin-B, when injected, can improve hair regrowth for certain specific types of hair loss on mice. That doesn’t say anything about what a product with this ingredient will do when applied topically to humans.
Sounds to me like a reason to do a LOT more research but it does NOT seem like the basis for a commercial product. Maybe some day…
