Hi – can someone please recommend a good conditioner for fine hair? I am looking for something that is free of ingredients that will build up such as silicones, behentrimonium chloride, oils, etc. Any recommendation for a conditioner that gives volume and does not build up in the hair would be most welcome. Thank you so much!

This may not be of any help. My favorite conditioner is Trader Joe’s Nourish. It can be a bit of a problem for me to obtain, seeing as there are no Trader Joe’s stores near me, but I stock up when I do travel near one.

I use it after shampoo on the days when I use shampoo and after co-washing with Suave Naturals Coconut conditioner on the days I co-wash.
I can only attest that it is silicone free. I do my best not to use any silicones that are not water soluble due to a problem I have with sulfates in shampoos irritating my scalp. If you don’t use sulfates to wash them away silicones can, and will, build up.
I hope you find what works for you!
