    Hello,

My stylist recently offered me to try a new shampoo Brazilian Blowout Acai Anti-Frizz. It is sulfate free, but it also contains quite a lot of amino acids such as Serine, Valine, Proline, Threonine.
My question is do these amino acids add anything to this shampoo? Do they make it better than others e.g. better conditioning or better for hair in general?
    Here is full ingredient list

These appear to be good products given the mildness of the surfactants in the shampoo and the quality of the conditioning agents in the conditioner. (Of course you can get similar products that will probably cost less.)

The amino acids won’t provide any special benefit.

    Thank you for reply, Randy.

What are these quality conditioning agents in this conditioner?

    Primarily: Behentrimonium Chloride, Dimethicone, Amodimethicone.

To a lesser extent: Cetrimonium Bromide, Cetrimonium Chloride, Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride

Fun fact: I´ve never seen a product called Brazilian being sold in Brazil.
