    Are ceramides in oils as effective as ingredients used in moisturizers?

    Sorry but I don’t understand the question. 

    Are you asking about the efficacy of ceramides when delivered in an oil vs when delivered by an emulsion? 
    Or are you asking about the efficacy of ceramides compared to other ingredients used in moisturizers?

    Interesting question (once you were properly caffeinated.) I haven’t seen any data comparing the two delivery vehicles but my hunch is that it doesn’t make any difference.
