    Hi Randy, I was wondering, why is dimethicone commonly found in rinse out conditioners, but it’s harder to come by in leave in’s and serums?

    I have seen it used in leave in products, especially shine serums. But some people don’t like to use it because it can be too heavy.

    Different forms of dimethicone have different properties (and therefore may not feel as heavy.)
