Hi all.
I am wondering if loose or pressed powders that contain zinc oxide and titanium dioxide offer sun protection even if not labeled with an SPF rating.
Another twist is this product is labelled SPF 16 however the same product on Canadian store shelves is not labelled with an spf rating. When I contacted physicians formula they say they product is identical and contains SPF but Canadian regulations are different for packaging requirements.
My ask is regardless what the package says if the ingredient list contains thes two items can I feel safe they provide some additional SPF benefits?
