    Hi everyone!

Lately I’ve heard a lot of good things about the benefits of using exfoliating pads. I would like to buy the pads by NIP + FAB (here’s the link to the extreme version), however I’ve read somewhere (if I remember well it was on the Paula’s Choice website) that the jar packaging makes the formula really unstable, so after some time they wouldn’t be that effective.
What do you think about it? Are exfoliating pads the best solution or is it best to look for an exfoliating serum (like their glycolic fix serum)?
    Here are the ingredients:
NIP + FAB GLYCOLIC FIX NIGHT PADS EXTREME (5%)
Ingredients: Aqua (Water/Eau), Glycolic Acid, Triethanolamine, Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Niacinamide, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Disodium EDTA, Mandelic Acid, Panthenol, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, Limonene, Parfum (Fragrance), Benzyl Benzoate, Dehydroacetic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Geraniol, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Citral, Linalool.

NIP + FAB GLYCOLIC FIX SERUM (4%):
Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Glycolic Acid, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Hydroxide, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Alcohol, Limonene, Parfum (Fragrance), Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, Benzyl Benzoate, Pistacia Lentiscus (Mastic) Gum, Lecithin, Dehydroacetic Acid, Geraniol, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Citral, Linalool, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Extract

    Have a nice day!

It’s true that jar packaging exposes products to air, moisture, etc that can cause some types of formulas to lose efficacy. This is mostly true of anti-oxidant type active ingredients. I don’t think that’s the case with glycolic acid solutions. My guess is that the pads would be fine.
