Do I need this and is there any potential for irritation?

I ordered a sample size of this product: http://www.paulaschoice.com/shop/skin-care-categories/anti-aging-boosters/_/Resist-Hyaluronic-Acid-Booster/  I’m just wondering if it’s worthwhile to have or not really going to add much to a good moisturizer (I use Cerave).  Also, several reviewers complained of irritation or acne with it.  Is there anything in it that could do that or are they just sensitive souls?
