    partly in thanks to the beauty brains, I’m pretty skeptical about the claims companies make about eye creams. I have a tendency to just use my regular face lotion, wait for it to soak in, and if I feel like the eye area needs something extra, I pat on one more layer of the same exact lotion. seems like adding a product would be overkill. 

    I was wondering if there’s really any benefit to having an eye cream separate from your regular face lotion? it seems like just a good way to waste your money.

    I’ve never found a product that successfully made my eyes temporarily look less wrinkly or puffy. so yes, this answers my question! It’s nice to know these things, now I can stop being tempted to try new eye creams.
