Do the True Botanicals Products Work

Hi there,
Hoping for a more natural approach to skin care and came across the True Botanicals product line. From reviews these products sound to good to be true. I’m hesitant to invest the money if there is something out there that is comparable or if they really won’t make that much of an impact on acne prone skin.
