    I’ve been seeing a trend going around in skin care where flakes of gold are being added to face oils and moisturizers. Are there any proven benefits that gold can have on the skin?

    I’m not aware of any evidence that gold provides any benefits for your skin. (Unlike copper which is known to help with cell communication.)
