Hi Randy I was wondering if you could please look at these 2 heat styling sprays? Do they have ingredients that will make a difference and does one look better than the other? http://www.ulta.com/thermashape-quick-blow-dry?productId=xlsImpprod15861215 OR http://www.ulta.com/eimi-thermal-image-heat-protection-spray?productId=xlsImpprod13061037
August 16, 2017 at 12:03 pm #97487RandySMemberThe Thermashape product has more conditioning agents. The Eimi has a style control polymer. My prediction is that the Thermashape would be better for protecting your hair and the Eimi would be better for achieving a style.
Thermashape
Water/Aqua/Eau, Trisiloxane, Alcohol Denat., Mentha Aquatica Extract, Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract, Methylal, Ceteartrimonium Chloride, Di-C12-15 Alkyl Dimonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Isopropyl Alcohol, Panthenol, PEG/PPG-14/4 Dimethicone, Glycerin, Ammonium Hydroxide, Benzophenone-4, Polyquaternium-11, Lactic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, PCA, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, Propylene Glycol, Tartaric Acid, Pyruvic Acid, Malic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance/Parfum, Limonene, Red 33/C.I. 17200, Blue 1/C.I. 42090.
Eimi Thermal Image
Alcohol Denat., Water/Eau, Isododecane, Disiloxane, Glycerin, VP/VA Copolymer, Panthenol, Polyquaternium-16, Dimethicone, Fragrance/ Parfum, Lactic Acid, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Dimethiconol, Sodium Hydroxide, Violet 2.
August 17, 2017 at 8:20 pm #97489MelissaMaryMemberThank you! I’d probably go for the Thermashape option. What do you think about this Pantene heat protection spray?
Ingredients: Water, Alcohol Denat., PVP, Quaternium 80, Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Cetyl Alcohol, PEG 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Propylparaben, Panthenol, Methylparaben, Fragrance, Tocopheryl Acetate, Styrene/VP Copolymer, PEG 25 PABA.August 18, 2017 at 1:19 pm #97491RandySMemberPVP is a classic styling agent. It gives hair good crunch but it’s not very humidity resistant. My guess is this Pantene product is more similar to the Eimi Thermal Image.
